Greetings Everyone!
I am Nadia Bartell, the Founder and driving force behind Rocket Scholars, The ABA Connector.
​
My journey to this field is not a straight line—it’s a dynamic path built on over a decade of high-stakes, hands-on experience in emergency medicine, occupational health, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). This background has given me a deep understanding of complex systems, from triage and crisis intervention to mastering meticulous data management and compliance.

But my deepest qualification is personal: I am proudly neurodivergent. I understand the unique strengths and perspectives that come with a neurodivergent brain, and my passion is ensuring that the world sees this as a superpower, not a deficit.

Rocket Scholars exists to fix a broken system. I bring a diligent, solutions-oriented focus to everything I do—whether it’s reducing injury rates by 30% in a warehouse environment or advocating for individuals whose insurance claims were denied. My purpose is to empower others by giving them the clear, trustworthy map they need to access quality care.

Ultimately, I believe this work is a calling. As a dedicated Daughter of Elohim, I am guided by faith and a profound sense of duty to serve the neurodivergent community and those who love them. This is more than a business; it's my mission.
